Safe to use while breastfeeding?

Hey everyone, I breastfeed only about twice a day I use formula more but I decided I wanted to try this...apple cider vinegar pills? Do you think this is safe to take if I still breastfeed?

Answer

I use pure apple cider vinegar, from the mother" from the brand braggs. I've used it all through my pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not sure if I'd use pills though, they're most likely less pure and contain fillers.
