Late- should I test?!

Hi All,

I am new to glow, and have been ttc for 9 months with my husband using clear blue ovulation tests and of course other ovulation calculators. I was supposed to start my period on Sunday, and yesterday afternoon (Tuesday) I had a brief bleed (bright red) where I thought I was starting my period. Since then, only very small amounts of a brownish drainage that only call for a panty liner.

I have heard that some people still have some bleeding at early pregnancy, but want some other opinions. Should I test, or just say it is a light period? Usually I am moderate/heavy for a good 5-7 days..
