So I put some more pre seed after hubby nut does that mess up my chances of getting pregnant goes it kill sperm since your suppose to wait 15 mins before having sex and I put it after he nut but I did put some before he nut as well but after I went back and put more  😩

I can’t imagine it will make much difference after the event, good or bad

It’s sperm-friendly lube, that’s the whole point. It’s not going to help if you put it in afterwards though. The sperm has already gotten past your cervix.
