Feeling off?

Been on metformin, protestorne, and thyroid medication since end of feb 2015. And now I'm nauseous, lightheaded at times, fatigue, moody, tender abdomen and breasts/nipples, lower back pain and I had a bleedy nose this morning. What is going on? My period was a week late and it only latest 3 days. It wasn't heavy, but it wasn't just spotting either. Has anyone ever felt like this? Is it the medication that I'm on? And the small period that I did have was about a week ago. My DH keeps tell me to take a hpt, but I don't want it to be negative. I feel that I just wasted a test.
