I am 3 days pp and in so much pain right now. My BBs are rock hard and look like they might burst. I've been nursing on demand every 1 - 2 hours and even pumped a little bit. I've done hot and cold compress but nothing is giving any relief. It just seems like the milk doesn't want to come out. They're so heavy I'm getting lower back pain. Is this normal? Should I be worried? I don't remember it being this bad with my first.
