So any advise what my darling is going through right now

Ok so currently this is the sleeping arrangement for tonight. My daughter is 3months and 2weeks old. She would not nap only day! This out of the whole day she has probably gotten a hour worth of sleep in just cat naps. I started trying to get her to bed about 7 bc she was so ill and cranky she would cry if I even looked at her. Finally about 10 she went to sleep but only if I was snuggled up to her also she had to be latched on. For the past 2 hours I’ve been trying to wiggle my way out of bed bed every time I unlatched her she starts creaming and freaking out. She has never acted this way so I have no clue what’s going on right now. I figured it might had something to do with teething she has been drooling and chewing everything a lot but now she is making me feel like she’s scared or something. Has any other babies went through this? As you can tell I breast feed. I’ve been started feeding her formula during the day and breast feeding at night bc all the breast feeding I was doing was only making sore nips and I also didn’t have enough milk supply for her.
