Too early to let fam know??

Was supposed to get period Thursday,  on Saturday i took two pregnancy tests one in the morning and one later in the afternoon  i just couldn’t believe it.. my husband and i are very excited and want to tell our parents at least.. 
i don’t know what to do next can i go get an ultrasound right-away to verify that i am indeed pregnant? Or are my clear-blue tests reliable enough to let our parents know that we are pregnant?

I told my family right away.. I wanted them in it with me right away. We were so excited. But my ob wouldn’t evensee me until I was AT LEAST 8wks from LMP

We told our families right away with our first pregnancy and this pregnancy. For us we knew we would want support if things went wrong and didn't want to feel isolated.

I told my husband only. We waited until about 6 weeks to tell our parents and after our first ultrasound at 10 weeks to tell anyone else. 
My OB wouldn't see me before 8 weeks unless there were issues, which I hear is pretty common.

Tell whenever you want/feel comfortable. 
We told our families after my first apt which was at 8 weeks. We wanted to make sure everything was ok and baby appeared to be healthy. Plus we also had an ultrasound to show them.
