Ruptured Cyst

Hi ladies! Today I woke up with a stabbing pain over my left ovary area. Nothing that kept me from coming to work but it is a tad bit painful. I am worried I may have a cyst that ruptured. My last ultrasound was at 20 wks and no one said anything about noticing a cyst. I am currently 29 weeks now and was wondering if my chance I did have a cyst that developed and ruptured wether or not it will hurt my little baby. Anyone had this experience in the third trimester? I have an appointment Tuesday I will bring it up.
