Miscarriage help tmi

On Tuesday I had so much pain in my lower stomach , I went to the bathroom where I then passed a grey and pink tissue that was the sizes of my pinky , and then blood clots .im bleeding really heavy and 3 days later im still passing tissue and blood clots .I've called my doctor and they said it sounds like a miscarriage and that it sounds like its completely done .my doctor doesn't even want me to come in .what does this sound like please help .
