Confused! Help!!!

Okay so Monday (3 days ago) I was 11 dpo so I decided to test and got a very faint positive. The next day I went to the doctors to confirm and they called me back to tell me it was negative, so I got concerned and took another test...all said positive. Monday I had 3 positive pregnancy tests. Tuesday I had 4 positive and the one negative from the DR. Wednesday morning I take another test and it's extremely faint, it seems every day I test it's getting lighter and lighter and this morning it was negative. My breast are swollen and extremely tender and I was having some pretty bad cramps for about 3 days but they are gone now. No spotting. I think I could be a chemical pregancy which would kind of make sense but I've never had one before not have been pregant. Anyone going or has gone through this? Anyone know anything about this? Thanks! I've kind of given up on hope that I am still pregnant 😪
