To the point of giving up!

So my husband and I have been trying since June 29, 2014, so almost a year, he is 28 and I am 27, I don't understand why we haven't gotten pregnant yet, I have really bad irregular periods, and have don't ovulation kit, I've even went to the Dr got an ultrasound to make sure my ovary's were OK and they were I was even ovulating at the time , so me and the hubby did our thing that night, but still nothing, I was wondering is there anything that we can do to help us get pregnant, I just so ready to be a mommy!!!!
