A little help

Hi I was just wondering if anybody has been in or its in the same situation and turn out fine I'm 6w2d and Yesterday I noticed when I went pee and then had a strained bowel movement a had some vaginal bleeding but then nothing else yesterday no cramps or anything same thing happened today twice but just after I went pee anybody know what's going on. Blood ranged from dark red pink and brown today
