Possible miscarriage

So i went to the hospital last night cuz i was spotting while there the bleeding became heavy then stopped they said im measuring at 5weeks 3 days i hv an infection tht they said could cause bleeding the bleeding is coming n going but its not as heavy as it was last night i have to go bck tomorrow to see if my levels r going up they said i hv a 50 50 chance of miscarriage... did anyone hv heavy bleeding but didnt hv a miscarriage??? Im really scared im losing my baby. Need support n prayers
