1 year old running a fever

Last night my daughter was running a low grade fever and she drink a bottle of milk, and then threw the whole thing up. Well, after that I gave her a warm bath and then as I was getting her dressed I laid back with her after I put her diaper on and she fell asleep. Well this morning she drink a bottle and then alittle while after that we ate breakfast.. well she will only eat grapes this morning. Is it ok as long as she is eating something?
