I just don't know

So my last period began May 21st which puts me at day 22..I have been taking clomid the last couple months..I've taken 150 mg this cycle..my husband and I had sex on Monday and I started bleeding and have been having cramps on my lower right belly..yesterday we had sex and I bled a lot and continued to bleed till this afternoon..I still have the cramping..I called my doctor but he wasn't in today..should I be worried? They said something about my cervix could be really thin..does this mean I ovulated or possibly be pregnant?..I just don't know :/
