Can I give my daughter children ibruprofen 100mg?

I read somewhere where hospitals just use children’s ibuprofen instead of infants. I need to know the dosing. She weighs 20lbs.

If you read the bottles the infants and children’s are now the same. Infants cost more than children’s Motrin/ Tylenol. Dosage should be the same for infants or children’s depending on weight!

My daughter weighs the same and we give her 3.75ml. I think the dosage for children's ibuprofen is lower than the dosage for infant ibuprofen. I did have a form that the hospital gave me for the two on the recommended dosage but can't find it. Doesn't hurt to call the pediatrician and ask.
