Low fetal heart rate?

I just had my first ultrasound. The baby it measuring a week behind (6week 2day, instead of 7 weeks, 2days) and bpm is only 67. I have to go for another ultrasound in a week to see if it improves. Has anyone had a low bpm (below 70) and still had the baby or did it lead to a miscarriage?
