Post baby birth control??

I have a 15 month old and just had a 2nd little girl Feb. 4th, who happened to be a huge surprise. With my first daughter I was nursing full time, hadn't started my period back, and was also taking the mini pill and STILL got pregnant. I wouldn't change it for the world, but Im terrified of getting pregnant again so soon. What methods of birth control is everyone taking post baby?? Obviously I'm a little skeptical of the mini pill, so I'm leaning toward the hormone free Paraguard...but I'm also scared of an IUD because it looks like a fish hook 🙈. I literally want to take all the birth control I can get my hands on, because 2 babies so close together is hard work! haha
