Ezcema?

We have an appt coming up so i plan to ask his dr. But could this be ezcema? Its only on his cheeks and a little on his neck. Ive tried everything and everything seems to make it red and irritated including breast milk. Any suggestions

It doesnt seem to bother him too much but if I put anything on it to stop it from being dry it turns red irritated with little bumps
