So I’m 5 days late and my husband and I stopped using contraceptives (condoms, not the pill) last month. I’m unsure whether or not to take a test simply because I’m terrified of being disappointed only to get my period hours later, which has happened several times due to irregular periods. Hence, stopped trying NOT to conceive and using contraceptives. However, the past few days I’ve had headaches (which I never get), nausea, lower back pain (which I also never get), sneezing a ton, and acid reflux...should I go tomorrow and pick up a test?
