Preseed or One A Day Prenatal?

I recently just started taking One A Day Prenatal, I was told that Preseed is really good? How many actually conceived the first few tries using Preseed?

Used one a day prenatal (gummies until I realized it didn’t have iron and then switch to the soft gel), and I used preseed. I found I needed to use OPKs to know when I was actually ovulating as glows predictions weren’t correct.
