Getting rid of hip fat?

My hips are disgusting me right now and need to know some exercises that I can do to help hip/back fat during pregnancy!

Squats can really help with that. I do them everyday and it tightens my hips up.

No matter what I do, I can't get rid of mine either. I guess it'll be more work for the post-baby body journey...oh boy. My little girl is definitely worth it! I'm going to have her with me on my walks after I recover from having her next month. 😊

I've tried everything and just can't get rid of mine I've got serious handles going on since being pregnant ! I think it's just pregnancy hormones widening my hips as I've lost around a stone in weight and maintained it with exercise and healthy eating but my hips keep getting wider x
