Is this normal after first appointment?

I had my first appointment yesterday at 7wks3days and they just went over family/medical history and did a pap and internal exam. He said everything is measuring correctly and I'll go back in 4 weeks for blood and heartbeat/ultrasound. But after my pap I had some spotting, which always happens to me because I'm very sensitive. But I am extremely sore from the pap. It almost feels like a bladder infection but I was literally just treated for one and I don't think it would come back in a day. I have stopped spotting completely as of right now so I don't think anything is seriously wrong. Is it normal to feel this sore after a pap?
