Late but not sure

My last period was the 16th of may and lasted for about 6 and a half days I have two apps for conceiving ovia and this one ovia says my period shouldnt start till next week but still tells me that I need to test today and glow Which I already missed a day so it moved my period two days which is tomorrow Ive had cycles where I start my period in the 30-35 day range but not recently I guess due to my body getting bad to normal after coming off the depo amost two years ago. Should I test or wait? I dont wanna get my hopes up..
