Numb skin?!

Hey mommies so I’m 27 weeks today and for the last week the very top of my stomach just in between ribs has been really achy - and when I touch it feels almost numb like when youve had pins and needles waiting to get the feeling back... ive explained that really rubbish lol but its a dull ache which feels like I need to stretch out and when i do then touch the area with my hand it feels numb anyone have any ideas with what it could be? Im thinking babys head on bum or something is pushing up as its in line with my ribs and thats why I can feel it aching but still nt sure about numbness lol! Hope this doesnt sound too stupid!
