14 Month Old Fell 😣😣😣

i feel like a terrible mom!!! tonight for the first time my son fell trying to get out of his crib. (short story) it was time for bed i put the baby channel on for him and set the timer for the tv to go off after 30mins like any other night BUT tonight he didn't fall asleep. I was washing the dishes when i heard him calling me but I just thought he wanted to be taken out so I didn't rush well moments later I heard a loud sounds his dad went running to find him face first on the floor. within sec he had a black and blue under his cheekbone along with a scratch maybe half the side of his figure 😭😭😭 I feel terrible maybe if I would of just went he wouldn't of fell. i called his hospital once i iced it and they told me not too take him in unless he seemed uncomfortable after 2 hours. my poor baby this is the first time he cuts or bruised himself and i feel like i could have prevented it
