I was told 6 weeks I think. I stuck to that. I had a tear that needed to heal and was in no hurry to do anything that might hurt it.

I had a 3rd degree tear so I was given a 6 week wait. We waited till the 7th week though just to be safe

I believe the doc told me 4 weeks but we couldn't wait that long so I think it was 2-3 weeks after. My bleeding was light "spotting" and it was off and on for the first month. I had no stitches and it still looked the same. Everyone is different, it felt great

I tore really bad inside and out, so I had to heal. I think we tried at about 8 weeks after, but it hurt too bad. To be honest, it hurt for quite a while! But it eventually went back to normal.
