YES!!!! My daughter is only 3 months old and usually sleeps 4-7 hours straight at night. Last night she slept a solid 7 hours  and my boobs were rock hard. So I fed her and pumped from the other boob at the same time. I give her my boob that produces more milk since she gets full from that one and pump the other one
