Constant Online Harassment
My ex keeps coming back to harass me. Is there any way I can report this to my PD?? Or what are laws into it that can help me press charges of some sort. I've blocked him on everything but he still manages to contact me and it puts me in emotional distress:(( I just moved to a new home and he already found out where I live as well.
