Hcg level at 5 weeks

Today I was having terrible pain in right ovary area. I went to the doctor to get checked out! They said my hcg level was 752. Everything my other doctor has been saying and according to my app I am 5 weeks and 1 day. Does that level seem ok for 5 weeks? The doctor said what that means is I fall in the 2-3 week range--- maye 4 week if stretching it!?!?  But everything I've read online seems that is ok for 5 weeks?! In confused!
