Spec ed teachers

Anyone who works in spec ed? I love my class but my students have severe disabilities and are the most behaviorally challenged aka no other teacher can handle having them in class. I've always been able to keep up but now I'm afraid to get kicked, thrown down or to slip running after them:( I'm a bit of a wreck trying to balance doing my job and caring for myself; scared I could miscarry if I get badly hurt.
