Raised Montgomery tubercles???

Megan • Happily married. One 2015 angel baby, little girl born Sept 2016, & one due June 2019.
When I took my "leisure bra" off tonight I noticed the bumps that I normally have only a few of were more prominent/raised and there were more of them. Shortly afterwards they were gone...or weren't raised anymore. I'm on CD20 and just about halfway through my TWW. Baby dust!?!?
