Weird Dreams

Well I had my period May 26-29th. My fertile week starts tomorrow according to glow. Anyways, I've been really nauseous, having loose stool and frequent bowel movements, I'm always tired, things taste weird and things smell really gross. So this morning I had a dream that I took 4 pregnancy tests and they were all positive. So I decided to take one and guess what! Positive. But I'm so confused on how I had a period. It was red blood and heavy bleeding.
