Scratching until I bleed 😭

Ok so I have been to the dermatologist once a week for 3 months now and he cannot figure out what is wrong with me! I have been clawing away at my skin like crazy! He gave me every type of ointment that he possibly can (I'm 22 weeks pregnant) but my fiancé mother stresses me out daily she had him arrested so he will not be near me and his court date is coming up soon. I have been dreaming about his court date every single night and I will end up waking up to me scratching some part of my body till I start to bleed. I have the ac on full blast and sleep in a sweat shirt and sweatpants. My left hand is so soar because I scratched the palm and my finger is now swollen (wasn't like this when I went to bed) could this be from the stress? I know it is a lot to take in but every time I go there he tells me it is possibly a new disease and it scares me! All of the tests are coming back fine I am just going crazy! And it only happens when I have time to think about everything that is going on. Other than that I am fine 😒
