Calf cramps
I’m 21 weeks pregnant and recently have a sharp calf pain(cramps) specially when I’m sleeping. Sometimes I woke up and cover my feet with a warm blanket and the pain gone! Just wondering if anyone else had similar experience.
Is there any remedies for it?
