How would you quit your job if u hated your boss?

I work for a Dr. Who is very very sextist, makes me feel super uncomfortable, he looks at me inappropriately, touches me inappropriately and talks to me inappropriately. He doesnt care if you did it or not, your wrong! He fires people on the spot. He yells at you and disrespects you in front of patients. Expects ypu to read his mind. I just got an amazing job offer that i am going to take but i only want to give one weeks notice what do you think? Thanks!♡
