Do you pull over for emergency vehicles?

I didn't think this would even be up for debate, but on my way to work this morning, a fire truck and ambulance with lights and sirens going were coming down the street, and a LOT of people didn't move over to let them by. Do you pull over? Do you judge people who don't?
