HPV... cancer?

Question

Someone with HPV here?  How probable is that hpv turns to cancer? I've done the papanicolau test once and the cells presented little "mutation". I've been doing what my gyn told me... Healthier life +  colloidal silver

It really depends on the strain and the changes that happen. Its a virus that can come and go like the cold sore virus does.  I discovered ona routine pap test that I have it and there were cervical changes but had treatment and on the next pap it came back normal. Things like stress can make it flare up but often also settle back on down its own. Hope this helps.

I was 21 when I found out I had it they scheduled a biopsy but I turned out pregnant so they couldn't do it . Had it done little over a year later , And said everything was ok but to get paps every 6  months (now yearly)everyone since has been normal. Just because you have/had hpv doesn't mean you Will wend up with cancer just a higher risk.

My ex husband had an affair and gave me the cancer strain. I've never missed a yearly and am in tune with my body. I got pre cancer cells, they did a cone biopsy and now I have PAPs every year to make sure it doesn't progress

I was told 10 years but those are woman that never get their yearly done and keep a close eye on it.
