CM confusion

I have been TTC baby #2 after an ectopic pregnancy 7yrs ago. During this time i had a very stressful job, and gain 50lbs. Well due to that i would have a period maybe every 4 to 6 months. Well after quitting my job and losing 35lbs i finally have become regular for the past 8months. I recently started to monitor my CM, and glow said my peak time was 9th and 10th. Started AF on May 23rd and on June 1st i noticed the EWCM when i wiped, so hub and i had bedroom time. And then on June 8 through 10th i had a small trace of it again. Now it is just watery CM and i am having to wear a panty liner. I have no clue as to why i have had it 2 different times during the month, has anyone else experienced this before?
