I need prayers and advice

Hi friends! So I have been struggling a lot with masturbation and it’s extremely difficult to build the confidence to seek help from people. I struggled with pornography in the past and thankfully broke the habit through strong self discipline and the advice of others. But recently I’ve begun to masturbate on an almost weekly basis. I know that many say masturbation is an okay, healthy thing to do, but every time I do it I find myself feeling empty and alone. I long to come to a point where I love myself enough not to subject myself to these things. I would really appreciate your prayers for strength in my life.
