Great start of vacation

Got my period after skipping the month of May and after taking a month of metformin. We are on the 2nd day of our vacation. 16 hrs away from home and I found out last night amidst trying to make sure every one had what they needed I forgot my metformin. So my sweet mom is going to drive 45 mins to get it and ship it over night. Is it going to mess me up if I miss a couple doses? I really didn't want to take it but my ob says it wil help with the PCOS and to come back in 6 months. Maybe my husbands right we have our daughter maybe she's all we are meant to have and we don't need medical help to get pregnant and end up loosing it to. We lost my daughters twin and had a mc in jan 2014. I'm 35 years old and our daughter is 6 1/2 now and we don't want to get pregnant when she's 10 years old and we are almost 40.
