I'm sitting here 9 weeks pregnant...

I have a dull but painful pain on the left back side of my pelvis that goes down my leg a little and slight period like dull cramps... I'm not bleeding.

I've been pregnant before.. and had sciatica pains which were later on than now they were sharp as this is dull... I don't know if it's growing pains either.

Anyone had anything similar?

I want to add a side note I'm not sure if I'm being overly sensitive either... I've got a sinus infection, fever, nausea from pregnancy, just got off a long day of work on my feet all day, and sleep didn't really happen last night.. so I could be sensitive.. but it doesn't feel good and makes me uncomfortable.

I'm just a worry wart and always wonder if it's cause something is wrong with baby.
