So I just watched a “crime watch” show about a young girl who had been killed while 6/7 months pregnant. And it really got me thinking. If you are that far along, do they give the baby a separate burial? Or do they leave the child inside? I would hope my SO was able to say his goodbyes to BOTH of us instead of never actually seeing his unborn child but at the same time it seems odd to cut someone open and remove the fetus. Maybe it depends on the gestational age?

Sorry for a harsh question but I’m pregnant and I think about everything that could ever go wrong and this popped into my head.
