Help me! My "friend" told one of my past crushes that I like him! Not only is that super embarrassing and he will probably tell everyone, I don't even like him anymore! I have a crush on someone else so now my crush thinks I like him and my old crush thinks he could ask me out!

I need tips on how to not hurt anyone's feelings (including my own) and slowly stop hanging out with my friend since I can't trust her and steer my old crush away from thinking I like him.
