How long did you wait..?

So bfn this month after 5 day FET grade 4ab egg. we feel quite accepting of the outcome already. Cried, drank, and talked it out. How long did you ladies wait before trying another IVF round? xx

I only had to wait until I ovulated again once af showed up because I was doing a natural cycle. The second one has just failed also so I won't be allowed to go again

I'm sorry to hear about your results.   I know the feeling - we went through 3 rounds of IVF and waited ~3 months between each.  Do you have to go through stimulation again or do you have any blasts on ice?   
I ask because my experience suggests that taking some time can make a difference if you're stimming again given that it takes ~90 days for your eggs to mature.  I did a 90 day prep protocol with acupuncture and supplements and we changed our treatment protocol for our 3rd cycle (estrogen priming with ICSI and AEH) and it significantly improved both my response (# follicles) and egg quality. If you're interested in getting some ideas, I would read 'It Starts with the Egg' as well as the blog 'agate's guide to learning from your failed ivf cycle'.
