Which world would thrive- a world ruled by women or a world ruled by men? (Read q first)

Question: If there were two parallel universes, one in which there were no women and was ruled by men, and one in which there was no men and was ruled by women, which civilisation would last longer? Why do you think that?

Assuming, of course, that both civilisations could artificially continue the human race in petri dishes without the need for a biological host.

And yes, I know it’s a silly scenario with no right answer, but isn’t that part of what makes the question interesting?
