Dizzy and heavy period

Has anyone dealt with dizziness during their periods? It's completely new to me, as I'm never this dizzy. I feel as if I'm drunk, while completely sober. My period this month is also super heavy, it wasn't even this bad after I had my daughter. I'm changing my tampons every hour or so, because I'm leaking through. I also have PCOS and I know of one cyst on my ovary, which is really small.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this and what it could be.
