Do you believe in the whole baby gender wives tales ?

This is my FIRST pregnancy (8 weeks) & i have all the signs that it is a boy ( well from what all the wives tales say) i never been pregnant so i have nothing to compare it to .. lol but im really hoping for a boy . If you are/was pregnant with a boy please comment some signs you had !! (: or even if you were pregnant with both so you know the difference , comment those signs & differences ! (:

No. These “signs” are not accurate. I think people investing time and thought into them is setting them up for gender disappointment because they become convinced that they know.

I haven’t tried to gender guess due to me being disappointed if it was one way or the other. 
But now I know she is a girl, this pregnancy and my first are quite similar. 
I lived on junk with #1 and ate so much chocolate, crisps and carbs. 
With my Son I was the opposite. I loved salad! Anything healthy which is so not me at all! 
I can say this now as #3 is confirmed a girl.

I think it's mainly for fun but when I did all the things, it said I was having a boy. I had a boy.

I never did until this baby! My last kiddo I craved sweets and fruits and this lady at work said it was because I was going to have a girl.  I was so mad - like shut up that's a lie (I really wanted a boy) and I had a girl.  This time I wanted nothing to do with sweets - I was all salty and am having my boy finally!

No lol. Both my pregnancies were completely different symptoms but I have 2 girls. First daughter everything pointed to a boy, second it was really 50/50.

Haha...the only one I really remember is the Chinese gender chart being correct with my pregnancy and all 3 of my mom's. Could just be coincidence, though. All of the guessing is just for fun.

I didn’t believe them just because I know they’re wrong a lot but they ended up being right for me! 🤷🏻‍♀️ most of mine pointed towards girl and that’s what we’re having!
