I had a 4th degree tear with my first and idk if this has anything to do with it but I'm pregnant with my second and almost 15 weeks. for a couple weeks now I've had pressure down there and didn't feel this till I was in my third trimester with my son. I worked a 4 hour shift today and halfway in I needed to sit bc of the pressure down there. should I be worried that I'm feeling pressure this soon
