Is it normal?

I’m 12 weeks on Wednesday and really constipated and everytime I poo after being constipated for a few days, I get cramps after pooing 
Is it normal?

I’m 10 weeks and have it soooo bad - like went a whole week without pooing. (Scary)
We got a juicer and juice: 
3 celery stalks 
Half a cucumber 
2 green apples 
2 red apples
2 pears 
Everyday 
Now I can poop again !! Takes a few days to work but it’s a great natural way to get relief 😅

I had that problem from about week 11-14. It was soooo uncomfortable. I literally CRIED on the toilet about how I wouldn’t be able to push out a baby if I couldn’t even poop. Haha. (Ohhhh hormones...) I started drinking water with the fiber mixed in once daily and that seemed to do the trick. Hope you get some relief soon. 💕
